Last night, Adam and I attended the incredibly glam and sparkly The Small Business Awards ✨
We made it to the finals in 3 categories against some absolutely phenomenal other local businesses and are absolutely thrilled to announce that we WON CUSTOMER CARE 🤩 and were awarded HIGHLY COMMENDED FOR INNOVATION 🤩
We also came within the TOP TEN for public vote – we were against some massive businesses and are SO PROUD 🥹
Of course, when it was announced we won the customer care category, I cried like a baby 😂
To be recognised for all of our hard work in customer care and innovation means the absolute world to us 🌎
